1. Eligibility for Refund

  • You must request a return/refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Perishable, hygiene, or custom-made items are non-refundable.


2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at returns@kiana.world with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return the item(s) to the provided address.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after item inspection.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement or process a full refund.
